A data center opened its doors at the beginning of February on the Plaine Images, it offers digital services and rental spaces for rental. With this equipment, the company Etix Everywhere sets off in the Lille metropolis.

Etix Lille#1 is a neutral roommate datacenter developed by Etix Everywhere, manufacturer and operator of Datacenters, and Eura DC, a joint venture between Northern Companies ATE (Accommodation Crafts, Villeneuve d'Ascq) and Ard-Com (IT, Marcq-en-Baroeul). The latter with excellent knowledge of the local market, they will be able to use their expertise in cloud and connectivity services at the service of companies in the region and thus best support them in their transfer to digital.
The infrastructure is located at the heart of the Plaine Images, which welcomes companies whose sector of activity is dedicated to image and digital. The infrastructure will therefore be able to participate both in the growth of adjoining start-ups and supporting the digital transformation of large national and international groups established in the region.
A datacenter that responds to the best standards in industry
The datacenter was designed according to the modular architecture developed by Etix Everywhere. The first 300 kVA phase is ready to accommodate its first bays, and the first customers will settle there by the end of February. Ultimately, Etix Lille #1 can offer up to 1,200 kVA of IT capacity, or 4 computer rooms of 240 m2. These additional modules will be deployed according to demand. The infrastructure meets the best standards in the industry, with a design in accordance with the requirements of Tier III certification and innovations concerning the security and exploitation of the building developed by Etix Labs, the research and development laboratory of Etix EveryWhere .

Etix Everywhere specializes in the construction and exploitation of local datacenter. Based in Luxembourg, the company founded at the end of 2012 developed its own technical architecture in order to be able to deploy in Europe, Africa, Middle East and America of new modular datacenters in less than 16 weeks.
