Your

incubation journey

Phase 1

3 months of collective support

FROM IDEA TO BUSINESS PROJECT

3 months of collective support to move from idea to business project. After a 2-day boot camp, you'll have access to a series of workshops and, most importantly, an ecosystem that will help you mature your idea, overcome initial barriers, and imagine the foundations of your project.

What problem, difficulties, or aspirations will you address? What is your value proposition? What is your market? How can you prototype your product with zero budget?

These are all questions you'll find answers to through our support during this first Inspiration phase of the Take Off Incubation program.

.

Phase 2

6 TO 18 MONTHS OF INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT TO TURN YOUR PROJECT INTO A COMPANY.

During this phase, you'll benefit from our startup managers' supervision, mentoring, networking opportunities, and a workshop program to help you achieve Product Market Fit, sign your first customers, generate revenue, and create your future company.

How to design an effective business model? Which levers to activate to reach my targets? What is a financial forecast for and how to build it? What funding can I mobilize to realize my project? What governance for my company, how to surround myself? How to build my team and share a common culture? How to best integrate CSR issues into my entrepreneurial project? What will be my legal status?

By finding answers to all these questions, you will have completed all the necessary steps for creating a viable company!
